A two floor tea room in Hebden Court, just off Matlock Street in Bakewell, run by Ian and Gary. Homemade cakes, loose leaf tea and proper coffee, served in vintage mismatched china, with tables out in the cobbled courtyard.

What is in, and what is on the stands

A sample of what the counter and the tiered stands hold. We bake through the day, so the exact cakes change with the morning. Afternoon tea comes in Traditional, Deluxe, Vegetarian and Vegan, presented on traditional tiered stands, and is booked in advance with a small deposit.

Finger sandwiches, warm scones with clotted cream and jam, and a choice of cakes. Traditional, Deluxe, Vegetarian and Vegan. Booked in advance with 24 hours notice and a ten pound per person deposit.
